Manor Villa with private pool and SPA surrounded by greenery

Beautiful property located outside of a quaint town. Property was spotless. Furniture was warn but gave a very authentic vibe. If you’re considering this property think of it as two separate homes in one building. Each floor had bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and kitchens. The separate building with gym, laundry and sauna was fantastic. Home is in the countryside so expect bugs. Kept us from keeping windows open. Owner and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful with questions and recommendations. We didn’t use the pool due to weather but it was lovely and enticing. The water pressure and hot water was amazing! Just keep in mind that 2 of the 7 bathrooms did not have showers, only tubs. Home was 30-90min drive time to most local attractions. One of the best meals we had was from a little restaurant right down the street. Only complaint from the group was that the house was humid and the A/Cs in some of the rooms struggled to keep the rooms as cool as they wanted. But we’re from Florida and used to very cold and strong air conditioning. Loved our stay.

We really found the town of Torrenieri charming and close to many other great cities worth visiting, including Montalcino, Montelpuciano, Pienza, Siena, etc.There is also a small town near by w a market, and a great local pizza spot! The villa is split into an upstairs and a downstairs with the staircase outside (as an FYI). The place needs to replace all of his pool furniture and update, which will make the pool area more conducive to hanging out. That being said the kids loved it and we had a great time!

Location could not have been better for touring southern Tuscany. Close to so many great towns and wineries. The house is rustic but very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean and comfortable but other basic provisions were not provided by the owner, omitted are little things like shower soap/shampoo, washing machine soap. Extra toilet paper and extra trash bags were also not provided. Basic kitchen provisions were sparse. The lawn furniture and patio furniture up by the pool looked dated so we did not take advantage of that area very much. Although the pool itself looked in great shape. Other patios near the house were better suited with comfortable seating and a great outdoor table that we used a fair amount. Owner was responsive and fair throughout the booking process. The house manager Joseph was outstanding from beginning to end. He provided recommendations and local knowledge throughout our stay. He was so kind and went above and beyond expectations in our opinion.

This luxurious villa is recently renovated with all the comforts you can possibly need: air conditioning, gym, and heated pool. It is located in a silent area with a fantastic view of tuscan hills, vineyards and olive trees. The advantage position makes you able to reach, in a few minutes, the provincial road where there are supermarkets and restaurant.
