The pool heater feature is available for $35 + tax/day with a 3-day minimum. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F.
• GRILL:
Please note that we do not offer grill as standard feature of our properties - However, we can rent a grill for your stay; Please contact us for more information

When arriving at the villa we were given the wrong code to access the property. It was out of their hours so tried calling the emergency number. No answer, but then received a text which eventually meant we received the right code.The villa did look like in the pictures and had some lovely features however, one of the bathrooms we had to clean before using, hair all over it etc. Some furnishings need replacing, including the kitchen tap. I did make contact about two of the bedroom lights which stayed on and we had an electrician come out within days to fix.All in all, it is a lovely property, just needed a little tlc which is the same to any villa we have previously stayed in.Pool was nice and warm (heating was paid for), there was no BBQ though.The main concern while we were there was other neighbours being loud and we didn’t feel very safe after an incident (neighbours not us)on one of the nights we were there. Security of Champions Gate needs to be majorly improved!

I am going to start this review by saying, communication with the property manager was top notch. They were super helpful. While this property is pretty, there were a lot of little things that we didn't like. First, the living room was not clean (we did not notify them of this while we were there because it wasn't a super big deal for us, we weren't there a lot), we found popcorn kernels under the couch, there was a spot of something on the couch that was there when we got there, a batman cap from a Lego toy under the couch and there were wrappers beside the couch. Speaking of the living room, it definitely did not have comfy furniture and the couch moves, the seats are not attached to each other. Not a place as a family to "hang out" and watch a movie. I know there is a home theater but the quality of the picture wasn't great so we didn't use that at all. This is NOT close to Disney, it seems like it is, but travel on I-4 takes on average 30-45 minutes. You are very close to the neighbors, so if they are having a good ole' time, you will hear it. They do provide you with new kitchen towels and potholders, dish soap, sponge and garbage bags. There were no Kleenex's in this house. The lighting in the house was wacky, we couldn't find switches to turn off some of the accent lighting, the lights above the blinds in the master were essentially strobe lights and the light above the sink looked like it was going to fall as well as the floating shelf inside the main door.

This place looks even more amazing in person. The movie theater was a blast along with the game room for all ages. But, the heated pool was icing on the cake! The kitchen was fully functional and it was nice to have separate bathrooms too. The first-floor bedroom and bathroom was a bonus for our 80 year old grandparents who are fearful of stairs. We will be back for sure. Thanks for hosting us!

Pool was nice Dishwasher faucet and chair in kitchen where broken asked multiple times for property manager to call to discuss other issues such as lack of bath/pool towels flickering lights in bedroom missing toilet paper holder but no call back was given
