About this house rental
This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!
The space
Our bin is located in a rural setting, the main floor boasts a full bath, kitchenette, and living area with a futon for relaxing or sleeping, the loft or second level is the bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. We would have loved to fit the sleeper sofa on the main level but it just wasn’t possible.
Guest access
Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home while staying, and are welcome to use anything available at the house. They are also encouraged to contact us with any questions or special requests. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The Grain Bin Inn was truly fabulous. This conversion from grain bin to tiny home was completed with such beautiful craftsmanship without any sacrifice to comfort or function. Impressive and peaceful. The hosts are also very responsive.

Everything was wonderful! It such a cute place. I have a very bad knee and a hand that works 50% of the time, so the stairs were a little scary for me.

Great for a unique and simple family game getaway. Everything was as expected and better. Loved being able to cook a meal, watch some shows, and wake up to the roosters. The heated floors are a nice touch. My dog wouldn’t go up the stairs so I slept downstairs while my husband and son slept upstairs, no issues. I will definitely recommend to other Wichitans!
