The apartment is located in a typical Art Deco building between Goncourt and Belleville, a young, popular, and artsy neighborhood in Paris. In the neighborhood, you’ll find a nice selection of restaurants, ranging from trendy fine dining to more affordable but excellent Asian cuisine. There’s also an authentic weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays near the Belleville metro station. On Sundays, you can visit an organic market on Rue Alibert by the Canal Saint-Martin, which is a 5-minute walk away. The Marais is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is quintessentially Parisian, featuring two rooms with high ceilings, wooden parquet floors, large windows, and a fireplace in each room. Located on the 5th floor (no elevator) facing the inner courtyard, you’ll be sheltered from street noise. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy little sofa to relax on and a table with chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a nice dinner. The bedroom has a double bed from EMA (190 cm x 140 cm). There is a small, clean, and functional bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. Fresh towels and bed sheets will be provided upon your arrival.
