Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experience. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetskiing, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.
Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.
Parking available $35 per day, provided by Elite Parking.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

Ilikai Marina has always been a 2nd home for me and my family for years. Hawaii is our sanctuary. This unit has served us well, providing us with most amenities we need plus more. Location is perfect. Parking is not included, although it is convenient and affordable. The unit has a great kitchen. My daughter stayed on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The bedroom was roomy. We prefer to watch local channels, but Roku was a great option. The bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower wall was caving in. It might need some work soon. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with this unit. Thank you very much!

There were 19 of us traveling. Four of us were from the island. We brought our children and grandchildren. It was a wonderful trip amd accommodations were great. Only note is I didn’t know it didn’t supply more towels for the beach and for our long stay. We had to work with two towels and purchase our own beach towels. Other than that it was great.

The place is in a great location, walking distance to many points of interest. The view is beautiful. You can see Friday fireworks from the unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Mark was accessible and communicative. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely stay again.

The location and view were wonderful as well as the layout of the apartment. On the other hand the kitchen and bathroom needed updating or at the very least a deep cleaning. There was mold and dirt in the shower. We had to have maintenance come because the door knob stuck so badly we had trouble getting in and out of the apartment. The first night one of the chairs at the dining table collapsed when my husband sat on it. Luckily, he was uninjured.
