Welcome to MINNIE'S MANSION! A 5bd/5bth pool home located in the closet community to Disney World-Windsor Hills Resort!
The resort features: $2.1 MIL Lagoon Style Pool with Zero Depth Entry and Water Slides. Also, with a Water Park for the littles! Clubhouse has Sundry shop/Deli, Games Room, Theater and Gym. Outdoors there are Tennis courts, Volleyball, Pickle Ball Court, Picnic Area, Castle Playground! All included in your rental.
Location: Windsor Hills Resort (24/7 guard gated community - Disney World only mins away!)

1) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.
2) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Pool and spa heat can be added for $25/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence which meets local safety code requirements.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup (hot and iced) coffee makers provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
We provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.
12) Is Early check in/Late check out available?
We require at least 24 hours notice so we can coordinate with housekeeping.
May be available only if there is not another check in or check out the same day. May incur a fee.

Karen is an exceptional host. Very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The home was spotless and exactly as advertised unlike our budget/avis rental that didn’t show up after waiting in line for 2.5 hrs in the airport. We were 1 of 60 families. Please book any other car rental or use a rideshare service and note that there are two locations at the airport. One inside the terminal and a Fastbreak only in the rental garage. A few more tips to make your visit even better:Rideshares & Deliveries: When ordering Uber/Lyft, send the driver the house address and then follow up with the main gate address in a direct message. Drivers appreciate it!Water park check-In: Stop by the welcome center at the park to pick up your wristbands and gate code. The on-site shop is a great convenience. It is tocked with food, drinks, 5 beers, ice cream, and slushies (a huge hit with kids!). Pro tip: grab sunscreen elsewhere, as resort pricing runs high. Walmart delivery (10 without Walmart) is perfect for stocking up on groceries and essentials.Getting Around: No car? No problem. An Uber to Animal Kingdom runs about 15 and drops you at the entrance and comparable to the 35 parking fee, if not cheaper.Food: Don’t miss Giordano’s deep dish cheese pizza. Absolutely worth it.Final Tip: Upgrade to the heated pool if you can. It is a game changer. We had a fantastic stay and know you will too. Book with confidence and know Karen will take great care of you! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed the pool and resort amenities. The house is a little dated but good value for what we paid.!

We did not use the pool. It was cold the day we arrived and we had paid for heating it.By Wednesday it was warm. By that time we did’nt have time to swim!!
