We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well cared for home! Quiet location and amazing indoor/outdoor living with a gorgeous pool and lanai. There was plenty of room for 4 generations of age groups, with space to gather, but still have privacy.
Wayne was so prompt to reply to any questions both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

I'm so glad we found this home! It is gorgeous with every amenity we needed and then some. The pool area is amazing and overlooks a beautiful canal. The owner was wonderful to work with and made sure we were completely happy. Will definitely try and stay there again if we visit the area.

The house was beautifully decorated. Very calming with plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked, as are the bathrooms and the outside area with beach equipment. The pool/ hot tub area is very inviting. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, so we couldn’t use it. We have been staying in gulf cove for years and have never been without a heated pool. The owner is great to communicate with. He had been trying to get the people out to hook it up. Darn COVID. We completely understood it was not his fault, but we’re still disappointed. If you are looking to be close to Boca Grande, Englewood beach, or Stumps pass… this house will not disappoint.
