the property wasnt on the water with its own dock and the dock area was poor and very shallow , no chance of fishing there. i thought from the ad that it was private and on the waterfront, but still nice anyway

The only issue was the wi-fi. It was so slow and practically useless. One other issue was that the cottage was a part of 4 other cottages which shared a common dock and access to the river, it was not mentioned in the listing. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, and the owner was very friendly.
