One bedroom apartament with great views to the beach. Located on the seventh floor of entrance numer two, it has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The accommodation is equipped with a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room with an American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare delicious dishes. The fridge in this appartment is small.
It can accommodate two adults and two small children or three adults as there is a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the two beds.
The Hipocampos building is located on the beachfront, you will reach the promenade in two minutes.
It has a large outdoor swimming pool and a heated pool open only from October to May.
No doubt this flat will make you want to come back!

The spotless apartment is right on the pedestrian front with great opportunities for people watching. The traffic free , long, flat promenade is ideal for families and the elderly or those with mobility problems. There are lots of shops and cafes on the prom and both large and small supermarkets within 10om from the rear of the apartment block.
The kitchen has great storage and surfaces but would be improved by having a tin opener, egg cups, table mats and a jug.

We have returned to these apartments for the past few years due to the cleanliness, friendly staff and great location. Always a chilled out stay.

Das nahe warme Meer, der Blick auf Meer und Pennon de ifach ,
das abwechslungsreiche und bergige Hinterland, Altea, Jalon,
Javea, Alicante und Valencia, Gata de Gorgos uva.!
Auch ohne gründliche Spanischkenntnisse wird man in deutsch
hilfreich und gut beraten.
Sendereinstellung im FS für die entsprechende Belegung sollte vor Bezug erledigt sein.
