Only 1-1/2 minutes to Deer Valley's main lift (Snow Park)!
Great for 3 families with kids! Kids could sleep in Basement which has queen size Murphy bed.

Well maintained condition: three en-suite king bedrooms. All furnishing and appliances in this home are top of the line. TV in every bedroom plus two smart TV’s.
Location: on deer valley drive in the heart of lower deer valley, your front door is a few steps to the courtesy shuttle which takes 90 seconds (800 yards) to arrive at deer valley's main lift (snow park)! Only 1/2 mile to historic main street, 1 mile to park city resort, 5 miles to canyons. Free shuttle stops at front door every 10 minutes in season. 35 minutes to solitude, brighten, Alta, snowbird. 35 minutes to slc airport.
What's inside: superbly decorated. Continuous upkeep and very clean. Private hot tub, commercial boot/glove dryer. Storage for ski gear, washer and dryer. 2700 square feet and 3 stories of authentic ski home.
Unit lay out:
Ground floor: smart TV with Sonos speakers with lots of seating including movie style recliners. Queen size Murphy bed that easy pulls up and down. Also on this floor is your ski storage and new commercial grade boot and glove dryer. (dries/ warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes!) access to this floor from second floor great room by staircase. 2 car garage connected to this floor.
Middle floor: Beautiful en suite bedroom (king bed) with a powder bath for guest. The second floor also has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops new cabinets and all new appliances. Dining room with table for 6. The great room has two stories of windows and a new Sony 50' HDTV flat screen TV. New gas log fireplace surrounded by a two story tile fireplace. All new furniture and rugs from restoration hardware.. Outdoor 7 person private hot tub on back porch.
Upper floor: A large master en suite bedroom with sitting area. Master bath has soaking tube along with a tiled shower.
Another en suite king bedroom.
Laundry is also on this floor.

We had a great week skiing at Deer Valley while staying at this beautiful townhome. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kitchen probably the best of any rental home (and we have a stayed at many). The Park City bus stops right at the corner and is a quick ride to and from Snow Park Lodge. The owner was very responsive to our questions and super helpful. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Sits midway between Deer Valley and Park City mountains with easy shuttle access in both direction (or a 5-minute car drive). Good layout with game room downstairs and kids bunk room upstairs, please two “grown-up” rooms with en suite bathrooms. This worked very well for our group of two families with five kids - highly recommended.

We stayed at this property for 6 days from July 26-31, 2016. Our family included 7 adults and 2 babies. The 3-level condo is spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and having 3 bathrooms was nice. The kitchen was nice with several spices and condiments for our use. The property is close to the resort where we did the slide and rode a coaster on the side of a mountain.
We browsed on Main St and found some very good eating places. My sons went mountain biking and also drove to the lake for paddle boarding and dipped our toes in the cool water; the lake was muddy so very few people were swimming.
The bedroom on the first floor (street level) did not have a bathroom so my son and his wife had to come up to the second floor to use the bathroom. The living room had enough space for 4-5 adults so the rest of us had to pull up some of the dining room chairs to watch a movie on TV. The temperature was hot during our stay and the thermostat froze and broke several times while we were there making the nights unbearably hot - the property manager tried to fix it but the thermostat never worked right. The gas tank was empty when we tried to grill so the property manager brought us a new tank.
Overall, our family from 3 different states enjoyed spending time together, but would have enjoyed our vacation more if the air conditioning worked and we were able to sleep comfortably at night! - J&M from OH
