About this house rental
If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with friends or family in complete serenity then opt for Villa Sciare Modo. You have the possibility of renting the entire villa, with a maximum capacity of 16/22 people in 6 comfy independent apartments (6 two-room and three- room apartments). These apartments each have a master bedroom, a living room with furnished kitchenette (fridge/freezer, oven, four burner stove, crockery, dining table and chairs), a queen sized sofa bed and bathroom with shower and hygienic services. The three-room apartment consists of a bedroom and bunk beds. When renting the villa you have the possibility to enjoy a recreation room with a garden view, furnished with a kitchen, table, and chairs where you may dine together. Also, there is a cosy area with a fireplace and television.

We held a family reunion at Marilena and Sylvia‘s place and everyone had a great time. It is clean, welcoming, nearby sights such as Catania and Aetna are easily reached, pool area was just perfect for us and the garden is incredibly beautiful. We especially liked that the different families could be accomodated in different and independent apartments. There is a big common area where we could all gather.
Marilena and Sylvia went out of their way to make us feel at home and on our request organised incredible Sabrina who was cooking the most exceptional and tasty Sicilian dishes for us.
Last but not least we were kucky enough that Aetna was active and we could observe the impressive sight from the house. Fireworks all night long.
