Very bright apartment with direct access to the sea and to the Marcel Proust promenade (100 meters and you have your feet in the water)! The Cabourg Thalasso center is right next door.
Town center, Casino and Grand Hôtel de Cabourg, 500 meters on foot via the Marcel Proust promenade along the sea. Free parking in the residence.

    We had a week at the end of September. The area of Cabourg is lovely and I would highly recommend a visit. The apartment, although small is well equipped and comfortable. The balcony was nice and gets the sun in the morning. The site which the apartment block is on is very clean and well kept. The walk into Cabourg from the site along the sea front is lovely and is about a 20 min slow walk. The beaches are incredible and I would imagine in the height of the season this area gets very busy. There are some lovely shops and restaurants in the town. We went twice to L'Atelier and the food was amazing, so would recommend a visit there. We also found the market which was great. The seafood is plentiful and very delicious. Communication with Cecile was very easy and we did that via text. We had an issue logging on to the WiFi and also finding the communal dustbin ( which was right by the entrance, we just didn't see it !) and when I messaged Cecile she came back straight away. She also gave us a ring after a couple of days, just to check everything was OK. I would certainly recommend this apartment for a couple looking to visit the area.
