Check in was easy, the condo was very accommodating and very nice. Could have been cleaner, eg; bed frame made of wood was very dusty, and ledges. Overall was a very nice place to stay.

We were here for a celebration of life with 4 other couples. While the complex is okay, the pool and hot tub are very crowded and there is much confusion on how to navigate the room and pool locations. The unit we stayed in was very worn, the fireplace made a very loud noise so we were not able to use it. Some of the window shades are broken and the wine cooler was also broken. There were only 4 settings of dishes which was awkward. In the bathroom only two towels were provided and there were no pool/sauna towels provided. While communication with the host was good prior to the rental, after the rental when I made the host aware of the many issues, they never responded which indicated to me they did not care about fixing/repairing any issues a guest may have. There are many properties in the area that are very nice, you have many to choose from, including one new property that opened on fairly recently which we will be staying at next time.
