Exclusively equipped, very friendly and bright 3-room maisonette comfort apartment in the Helgoland avant-garde house with a view of the marina. The newly designed kitchen offers you everything that is necessary for culinary magic. There is also a place for a washing machine. Enjoy the comfort of this modern apartment with the large living / dining area and the south-facing terrace and direct access to the south beach. From the two bedrooms on the second floor you have a very nice view of the marina. The restricted outdoor parking space is of course included. WiFi is a matter of course for this beautiful apartment.

It is located on the 1st Upper floor of a representative residential complex on the south beach of the city of Wilhelmshaven (the only south beach on the North Sea). The apartment has a spacious, bright living / dining area and is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and integrated dining area. The living area has a comfortable seating, TV flat screen, DVD player, CD player. From the living room you can reach the south terrace, which is of course equipped with the appropriate garden furniture. On the second floor you will find a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, each with a view of the inner harbor. You will also find the wellness bath on the same floor. This very nice, bright apartment is very suitable for 4 adults or for a family with 2 children.
