Comfy Cool Condo 5min from McMenamins Edgefield &10min from Columbia River Gorge

The condo was just perfect for our extended visit for a family wedding at Edgefield! It was very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Nahush provided everything we would need, and more. We had an immediate need upon check in and Nahush took care of our request quickly. The condo was a half-mile walk to Edgefield through the concert field opposite Halsey Street from the end of the road. We also walked to the little village of Troutdale, the outlet mall, and the Troutdale Station Food Truck establishment, each about a mile away. We never had an issue parking on the street. The proximity to the Columbia River Gorge, waterfalls, etc. is fabulous. It is about an hour's drive to the Mount Hood area. It is an easy 15-minute drive to PDX. There are not too many restaurants nearby but we did like the Black Rabbit (at Edgefield), DiPompello (in town), and Sushi Ninja (238th St and Halsey St.) the best. The Troutdale Station food trucks are great. It has 20 food trucks, a bar, and multiple other kiosks, massive indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Breakfast restaurants are hard to find, but we made our own breakfasts in the Condo.

Great place, well equipped, comfortable. We had 4,It was supposed to be 5 but someone cancelled at the last minute. 5 adult females would have been tight. I slept on the couch and it was comfy.

This property has everything you will need for your stay and it is in a great location with easy access to the gorge activities and to Mount Hood. Check out the food trucks that are within easy walking distance from this property.

Beautiful new townhouse. Exactly as described. Due to warmer weather, the only downfall was no a/c.

So our emails didn't provide all the needed information for us to be able to get inside the location, but the response of the Host was AMAZING! Not only were things timely (aka immediate), but the humor we shared was a delightful. Exactly as described and even with a concert nearby over the weekend and the little bit of traffic associated, was perfect and easy accessibility. Didn't use 1 bedroom and only downer might have been that the neighbors LOVE their hot tub and the conversation was constant. Had we wanted to hang out and veg there, the open window wouldn't be recommended. But overall... Perfect, as expected and exactly what we needed.

It was a wonderful stay. Exactly as pictured. New, clean and kitchen stocked with a very friendly, accommodating host. The town had some great coffee shops, the food truck park kept us out of the kitchen and Donna at the barber shop open early to fit us in. Great scenic hikes and falls not far from the home and Cascade Locks an easy 25 minute commute to center of town. If my travels bring me back to the area, I would stay again.
