Very clean and spacious townhouse. Bright, open main living area. Full modern kitchen including dishwasher. Upper level balcony overlooks greenspace. Appealing bedrooms with comfy mattresses. Walkout basement includes separate bedroom and bathroom as well as games and theatre rooms. Quiet area. We would have been comfortable staying there for a month or more.

Our trip was to visit cousins and Modern Luxury worked out great! The location was excellent and the space fit our needs. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. Highly recommend.
