Welcome to Market Street Loft B, a studio-style retreat blending old time charm and modern renovations. With a queen size bed and full sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, high lofted ceilings and a beautifully updated bathroom, the space is an ideal set up for couples. Restaurants, bars and shops are a quick walk away. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal.

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

The living area is perfect for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows, with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together, while the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious dishes. And don`t forget about the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in your loft, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Market Street Loft B is located right in the middle of the action, just steps from The Strand with its charming shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The Cruise Terminal is also within walking distance, making this loft a great option for a pre- or post-cruise stay. And if you`re longing for some sun and sand, the beach is just a short drive away.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Surveillance Camera: There is 1 camera on the exterior of the building overlooking the entrance. We have 2 cameras in the hallways leading to the apartment entrances.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Great communication from the host! Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The loft was clean and comfortable. We were right on the strand, exactly where I wanted to be for food and live entertainment. Best part was the distance from pier 25! I usually stay at the Harbor House because of the walk-ability. This loft was basically the same distance! Just be aware of the long staircase, if you have mobility issues.
