Soča House really is as beautiful as it looks in the photographs and any guests that stay here find it hard to leave at the end of their holiday, situated only a short 10 minute walk from Kobarid (1.2 km) in its own grounds.
It is very spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge/diner, terrace and very large garden.
It is a great place to just sit back and relax or to try the many outdoor activities available on the doorstep.
Bedroom one has an en-suite shower room and a large double bed.
Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom three is ideal for children with bunk beds. Travel cots also available if needed.

We stayed at the apartment at the ground floor, really nice apartment. It was really clean and shipshape, everything you need is there. The view from the terrace and garden is absolutely stunning.

A super location what a view to wake up to ! The villa was cleN and provided all you could ask for and the garden was great for our youngest child who played with a family in the villa above.Great for waking and river sports lots of history a great introduction to Slovenia We will be back.

We had a wonderfull stay in Soca House, especially on the terrace with a beautifull view. The beds are a little bit hard. The communication with Dolores is great, thank you!

Hi Dolores & Malcolm,
thank you for 3 fantastic weeks in Soca House. The Apartment was in very good condition and very comfortable equipped. The air condition helps a lot during the time with 38 degrees outside.
It was absolutely fantastic to enjoy the big garden, the perfect view on the mountains and the beautiful surroundings. I'm sure that we will come back.
