We had an amazing stay at Shore Joy on Dauphin Island! The house was absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected. It was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell it was very well cared for. The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the sand and water whenever we wanted. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were fantastic—very friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and beautiful beach house with wonderful hosts, I highly recommend Shore Joy. We can't wait to come back!

My family along with two other families went to Dauphin Island to get away from our busy hectic lives and to go shark fishing. We stayed at Shore Joy. This property did not disappoint! The house was maybe 100 yards from the beach and was just across from the bay as well. If you are looking for a clean and gorgeous property that is stocked with everything you need away from the "tourist" hot spots this is your place. Very clean beaches that was not crowded at all and we were minutes away from several great restaurants, a golf course, and pickle ball court. We will definitely go back to DI and will be booking with "Shore Joy" again!

We enjoyed the house. The views were beautiful The furniture was just very dirty and needs replacing and there was a little construction on the beach. The kitchen was stocked well enough for two people but if you had a large family you would need more Pyrex storage bowls etc.

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful island. We would be happy to come back again. We didn't receive check-in instructions until we reached out to them the day of our arrival, and we had to pick up keys at their offices, but that was the only hiccup.
