About this apartment rental

This luxurious condo is perfectly located and newly renovated from top to bottom. Everything is brand new, upscale and well appointed. We can't wait for you to make memories with your family and friends here! Right on the lake. Walk to historic downtown Grand Lake for shopping and restaurants. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 2.5 miles away! A mountain town adventure that can't be beat!

This lodging worked perfectly for us. It’s very livable with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances worked optimally:-). There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and even some very practical extras like toothbrushes/ toothpaste. The fan for white noise worked great and the humidifier came in handy. There were only a few steps to climb which made getting our groceries and belongings in and out very doable. Check in and directions were easy and spot on. The location is quiet and restaurants and the downtown area are very close. Grand Lake is a great place. RMNP entrance is very close, although for those who prefer the activities on the bear lake road part of the park, this location is not ideal given the lengthy drive to get there and the need for early arrival before the times entry requirement. We loved this condo and would highly recommend it. The host is ideal!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Only one mile from town allowed us to easily bike to town and the lake. All the small details at this property made our stay extremely comfortable.

We loved this spot in grand lake. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the things you'd hope for in a rental. It is walkable to town - we had a great time and will be back!
