About this cabin rental
This Cowboy Cabin is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends.
This home is off the grid and is run completely on solar. If I hadn’t of told you, you might not have figured that out.
Plenty of space to park. If you are traveling in a group we have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane.
We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time .
If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand.
We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.
We are not located in Fredonia but in CaneBeds 30 minutes north. We are 15 minutes away from Colorado City where there is a wonderful grocery store and a few restaurants.
We are about and hour to an hour and 1/2 from Zions, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and St George.
Hi speed Internet , play station 4, Martin guitar, induction stove top, fridge and freezer. A/C , fire pit, horse shoes, roping dummy and more!

I stayed at the Cowboy Cabin w my girlfriend and husky -- our dog was comfortable.
This place is so cool, I'm happy I came across it and if you did to, I more than recommend this place for your stay.
We enjoyed walking our dog at the animal area they have where you can pet and feed the ranch animals, so much fun.
The cabin in itself was an experience, we could tell they put effort and care into the place.
The shower was spectacular w the well water -- there are no photos of it but trust me, it is nice.
They have everything there you need and also everything you need to cook.
This has been without question one of our best stays and we travel a lot.
Thanks to Johnathan and his crew.
We will be coming back.

The value really was quite great. It really was quite nice being not too far from Zion national Park. Also within somewhat driving distance to get to the Grand Canyon national Park and some other things in the area love the fire pit that was out front and the ability that they have supplies to buy firewood for you

It was a lot of fun, cool environment, and loving energy. There were these super sweet cats, I was scared of cats before but these ones were so kind and cuddly (they cured my fear)!! What a wonderful place. The cabin was amazing, had great design, and everything we needed (fridge, soap, towels, seasoning, oils, etc.) The TV moves as well so we were able to watch movies on the bed. The shower was a lot bigger than we expected, which was nice, but the water wouldn't warm up...other than that everything was great:)) Fun environment and very pretty. It's chilly at night for sure hahah.
