This condo is part of a tranquil and safe new development with 24/7 security, modern pool, green areas and multipurpose court. Pharmacy and restaurant just outside the property. 5 minute drive to Costco, Versalles, Pitillal, 20 minutes drive to old town. Close to convenience stores and main attractions.

Was super duper clean which is important to us. I came for a back surgery & spent a lot of time inside..was comfortable. My husband had easy access to nessities,good pharppharmacygroceries

Alejandro was very accommodating, and on point with answering our questions! Very lovely apartment, with a nice clean pool/area. The neighborhood had a lot of local shops in walking distance. Thank you Alejandro, stay was amazing!

Great stay, lots of trees, beautiful pool. The apartment is full equipped. You have everything you need there. Alejandro is a great host. He is easy to reach and friendly.
