About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² house in Lau-Balagnas to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a bathroom and a 300 m² enclosed garden as well as a terrace and a closed garage. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, espresso machine...
- Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate WCs
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 300 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 26 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Lau-Balagnas, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Nearby Argelès-Gazost (3 km from the town centre) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

La Bigourdane It was very good. Very happy with the stay. If there is only one thing to complain about was the lack of toilet paper or kitchen towels, some essentials that would have been handy. But the place was very clean, comfortable and well cared

La Bigourdane "Gorgeous home and kind/friendly owners/managers. The layout of the house is really wonderful. We made good use of the kitchen and living spaces. This would be a great place to bring kids, as they provide a high chair and a pack 'n play crib. The wood burning stove is a lovely feature and we were impressed and happy that it was prepared for our use on arrival, with plenty of extra kindling, wood, everything we needed.
Fyi future guests, certain amenities in this listing are not fully provided unless left by previous guests (things like dish soap and laundry detergent). Some toilet paper is provided when you arrive but you may have to get more for yourself during your stay.
This is a small town in a beautiful setting. We missed the market on Tuesday morning but we did explore the Abbatiale Romane de Saint-Savin-en-Lavedan which overlooks the town. Highly recommended to visit that. We were only about 19 min from Lourdes, which was very convenient too.
