This is a unique, cozy space! It has an open floor plan with a huge living/dining area. The cozy kitchen has a mini coffee bar for you to enjoy in the morning with a stove and microwave. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bath accessible through the kitchen or bedroom. There is also a loft upstairs with a cozy king bed. You can relax in the chairs out front in the evenings or enjoy some time by the firepit outside - s'mores included! The driveway will accommodate boat trailers!

We absolutely loved our stay. Kimberly was a great host, answered any question quickly. The place was beautiful and decorated so cute. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Homeowner was very communicative before and during my stay. The place suited my needs during my stay in town to help daughter with college move-in. Good location. Close to Clemson U. Not a dealbreaker for me, but the unit is at the end of a steep downward incline driveway made up of large gravel rocks, which would be difficult for someone with any mobility issues. Would stay here again due to its close proximity to Clemson U.

Our family of our four small dog stayed at the Clemson Cottage while we visited from Athens for our niece's graduation from Clemson. The cottage was perfect! The host was so kind to have it all lit up for our after hours arrival. The location was convenient for getting to downtown Clemson and doing a little grocery shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.
