Fantastic property! The view and sounds of the river in the backyard makes it idyllic. The house was clean and well stoked with cooking essentials. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub very enjoyable. Good working grill and nice fire pit. Overall very nice stay feeling secluded in nature. Would definitely recommend!

This place is lovely! We enjoyed a very cozy new years retreat with time spent relaxing in the hot tub, making food in the kitchen (which had all the basics), taking hikes in Upper Bidwell park, and lounging on the couch. This place is very homey and comfortable and we’d love to come back.

Overall the house was clean and in a great location adjacent to Butte Creek (good access). Disappointments: not enough towels for a family of 6 (there’s a hot tub, a nice plus), creek access and other general towel use. Washing detergent was supplied. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 garbage bag supplied for the 5 night stay. There was a fumble by the management for check-in, which had us (4 kids with 2 parents) waiting about 2 hours to get into the house. There had been great communication with mgmt leading up to this issue. Overall a fine time in this house, hot tub and creek albeit a bit tarnished by the above mentioned issues. We would stay there again.
