Well Equipped Home with Hot Tub. Spend the day on the water then come home to a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the game room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. The kids room has 2 sets of bunk beds and can sleep 4 comfortably. Directly behind the large backyard is a park complete with climbing Equipment for the kids and is easily accessible from a gate in the backyard. Time to make some memories!
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Please clean up after your pets.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Me and my 3 adult children stayed while on night 3 a 5 day, 1300 mile motorcycle trip to celebrate my 70th. Great location. Kids walked to the grocery store and used the Blackstone to whoop up smash burgers for dinner and egg sandwiches for the morning. Hot tub was awesome. Relaxed in the tub after dinner and in the morning before heading to Antelope Canyon. Plenty of sleeping space, 2 baths were clean and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Used the laundry to wash a load and dry swim suits. Parked motorcycles on the street out front. It was a safe area. Very nice stay.

Our stay in Page was great! The house was well appointed with plenty of comfortable beds, linens, and kitchen appliances. The backyard was fully enclosed, which was great for our dog, and the owners were willing to accommodate our cats as well; thank you for that! The neighborhood was nice and the house is just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping and other services. And the number of nearby places to visit was astounding: Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Zion NP, hiking trails galore ... the list goes on & on. We would definitely stay here again!
