Perfect beachfront accommodation right on the beach and just a few steps from the water, located between the sea and the mountains. It features a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for surfers or those seeking peace and quiet while still wanting to stay close to the city (12 min from downtown Agadir) Close to everything you need: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, traditional restaurants, fast-food joints, and cafes along the coast...
The accommodation
is located in the heart of Banana Beach in the village of Aourir, nestled between the sea and the mountains. I am renting out a magnificent apartment on the first floor of a beachfront house on the first line facing the sea and just a few steps from the water. recently renovated for your comfort and to make your stay enjoyable, it consists of two beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large window overlooking the sea and the Imouran cliffs, where you can enjoy the sunrise and the panoramic view right from your bed; and the second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a modern bathroom with hot water, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals on-site—both small and large appliances (refrigerator, electric oven, built-in gas stove...), a beautifully furnished living room with a TV, a large window, and access to the terrace with a direct view of the sea, where you can enjoy the beauty of the sunset every day, offering different natural scenes each early evening, and a dining area on the terrace to enjoy delicious barbecues outdoors.
Close to all amenities: transportation (taxis and buses), 10 minutes from the Agadir Marina, a pharmacy, a bank, a dry cleaner, and restaurants (both modern and traditional). The small village has a lively market with numerous shops, a butcher, a supermarket, and grocery stores... where you can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables and much more...
Nearby activities: renowned surf spots, horseback riding, camel rides, ATV riding, golf...
