Zero Tolerance for Parties & Events
We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Safety & Monitoring
For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.
The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace.
Pet Policy
Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on the property without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.

This was the ideal home for our college reunion girls weekend. We’re thinking it will be our annual location because it served many different needs. The location is excellent - close to Old Town and to the Phoenix Zoo and the airport. We really loved the pool and jacuzzi weather - the chairs and area were very conducive to building community and great conversations. Also, we appreciated the communication and responsiveness of the concierge team. All of us would highly recommend it.

Traveled with a group of girlfriends and picked this house for comfort - was looking for a house with dining, couch, outdoor space to fit all of us comfortable. This house was perfect! Very clean. Super easy check-in and check-out. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompts. Location was perfect for getting out and exploring Scottsdale. We had the best time!
