- Please be advised that the AC should not be set below 72. Lowering the temperature beyond this point may cause damage to the AC unit. The AC unit must stay on "AUTO". In such cases, you will be held liable for any necessary repairs.
- All decor is for visual enjoyment only. Do not touch, burn, or play with any decorative items.
- Please do not throw away the charcoal to the backyard
- Please do not park in the yard. Parking on the grass can damage underground utilities which are buried only 18 inches below the surface. Otherwise, you will be liable for field lines water lines and sewage line if you rupture them.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home. We kindly ask that you avoid entering the basement/crawl space, as it is reserved for maintenance use only.

We love getting to know our guests! To ensure a seamless arrival, we ask all guests to confirm their travel plans and group details via the message thread. Once we have these details, we will provide the check-in instructions. We recommend confirming these at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays upon your arrival.
Age Restriction: 21 years old and above
Early check in and late check out requests:
Early check in fee: $20 per hour
Late check out fee: $20 per hour
Both requests are subject to availability.
Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.
Terms of Service:
To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

Perfect for us, our adult children and their significant others! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and will most likely use again in the future.

We had a great! The house is well stocked with necessary supplies & clean. The garage has been transformed into a great hangout spot that my kids loved. House is close to downtown & neighborhood is quiet, clean & safe. If we have a need to come back we’d definitely stay in this house again.

This was the perfect house and location for our out of state kids and families stay, while visiting. It was in a nice, quiet area, yet close to everything. The grandsons loved the game room and the fully stocked coffee supplies was a bonus!
