Overall cleanliness and maintenance of property needs attention. We loved pool and hot tub, both very clean. Gorgeous bay views. A bit of a walk to beach but can do with a beach cart. We rented from VayK gear and was so easy. Parking for 4 and close to restaurants.

This property has great views of the sound and ocean. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable after a nice day at the beach just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our recent stay at Easy Livin'! Perfect location a bit away from the fray of Duck but close enough for dining and supplies. Easy walk to the beach and to the sound to dine at Village Table and Tavern (very good!) and outings with NorBanks. This home's layout was perfect for our family of 8 which included two millennials who had the first floor all to themselves, my parents (70s and 80s) who shared the master which had a perfect en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, my husband and I who loved the spacious queen with easy access to the deck, hot tub and pool and two 12-year-olds who loved the loft bed. The third floor was perfect for dining inside or on the deck, game nights and just generally hanging out. Beautiful views. The pool was perfect for post-beach relaxation. We would definitely stay here again.

It was “easy livin” at the house for the week! Everything was clean and there were more than enough supplies for our family. A grill that seemed new or almost new was there and we enjoyed using it. Propane was a plus over buying charcoal. Location was excellent and the pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids! We would definitely come back!
