About this apartment rental

The apartment is located on the beachfront in the Hipocampos building. It has a lovely terrace with ocean views. The building offers direct pedestrian access to the boardwalk and features free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, iron, and ironing board...

It can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels.

It also features centralized heat pump air conditioning throughout the apartment. It has satellite TV with channels from various European countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France).

The building has an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas for the summer months and a heated pool open from October through May. Both are free for our guests.

You have the option to rent a parking space or an outdoor garage for an additional fee.
