About this villa rental
If one follows the narrow winding road from the square, he will eventually come across the welcoming doors of Mansion Kyani. Situated on a hill top, overlooking the surrounding vineyards, the village of Megalohori and the sparkling Aegean in the distance, this harmonic dwelling offers stupendous, all encompassing views.
Upon entering into the courtyard, which is hand - laid by local craftsmen in the traditional "Plakoto", cobblestone paved style, one sees that this mansion affords three separate living areas, two in the ground floor and one in the first, connected by an outside stone flight of stairs.
There is also an extravagant infinity swimming pool and sun deck, made entirely by volcanic rock, where the guests can relax in a beautiful scenery, which is illuminated in a dramatic way during night-time, offering an unforgettable experience.
The serenity of the mansion's sculpture is evident the moment one enters the barn door on the ground floor which leads you into a compact kitchenette. Original archways lead through into the magnificent master bedroom with a domed ceiling. An extravagant en - suite bathroom features a large tub and separate shower.
Starting again from the beautiful courtyard, original wooden doors lead into the spacious second double bedroom, which also features an en-suite comfortable second bathroom.
The first floor of this Mansion offers an expansive large terrace, perfect for outside dining, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Inside, original wooden floors have been restored. The many windows on the upper level of this property allow for brightness and airiness as the beautiful light of the Cyclades seeps through. The comfortable double bedroom on this floor boasts views overlooking the vineyards and the village. The same views are enjoyed from the dining room which can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
On the same floor, there is a spacious bathroom with large tub and separate restroom. The cleverly designed open - plan compact kitchenette and well appointed living area allow for casual entertaining.

Nice stay in Kyani villa. Right in the centre of the village which is very pretty with plenty of good restaurants. The villa is set in a private courtyard with three separate units each with a small kitchenette. The pool is clean, there are fresh towels and the villa is cleaned every day which is really nice. Konstantinos and takis from Santorini heritage villas are excellent. Really good communication, very helpful and accommodating. Impossible to fault really. They even organised a hire care as part of the package which was delivered to the villa!I dropped one star as I think the villa could benefit from the main bedroom kitchenettes being improved into a proper kitchen with a free standing fridge/freezer (rather than 3 small cabinet ones), better cooking utensils etc. as it is it’s quite hard to prep meals for a family of 5 with food and crockery in three different locations over two levels. A better bbq area would also be a positive I think too. Other than that, hard to fault for location, booking, logistics. Really good company to deal with.

No words! Amazing villa! Amazing host! And most of all, amazing city! This is the place to stay in Santorini. We went to Oia and fira for one day, and OMG! Like Greek Las Vegas! This end of the island is so nice, much more authentic, peace and quiet. All the people we meet in in the village was so friendly and helpful. The villa is just WAUW! Like 3 separate flats. The host was so helpful. The only little minus was that the pool is so cold, that we almost didn’t use it. If we lived there, we would put up a solarpanel. But the was the smallest thing. You need to stay here!!!!!

Konstantinos was an amazing host. He helped arrange a few outings for us that were very enjoyable. The accommodation was just as pictured. The village was so charming. The shops were also amazing. Restaurants and staff were also fantastic.

Villa was as represented. Great accommodation for our two couples. Plenty of room, outdoor space, daily cleaning by housekeepers, great communication and support from Konstantinos and Takis. Two minute walk to cute village with restaurants, mini mart, gelato and coffee.
