This beautiful brand new apartment, is central to all the bluegrass has to offer. Great location for catching a UK game, a weekend at Keeneland or a quick business trip. This apartment features an open concept kitchen and living area. The bedroom looks onto the living room, simply pull the barn doors shut for privacy. Also features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cultured marble shower, washer/dryer and convenient parking.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment felt like home and the check in process was easy. My only comments were that it seemed as if the previous cleaning/guest flip was done in a hurry. The duvet cover/pillowcases were still in the dryer, however the bed was made. The trash can under the sink didn’t have a bag in it and there were no paper towels. We had to use the bathroom towels anytime we washed our hands in the kitchen and needed to clean up.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything was great except there wasn’t cable to watch local news/ weather...not a deal breaker but disappointing. The other thing was the full size bed. Nice/ clean bed but my husband ended up sleeping on the couch and I slept in the bed- very disappointing!

The apartment was perfect! Everything from ease of check-in, cleanliness, comfort to location...it was the perfect choice for us. Nice short, easy drive to Keeneland Race Course and plenty of things to do close by. Definitely will look to stay again when returning to Lexington!

We really enjoyed it. Much better than a Hotel. We unplugged lamp closes to bathroom because bulb keep flickering and we didn’t know if it was the bulb or somthing wrong with lamp. Decor really made us feel at home. It was right up our alley. Thank you so much!!! 😃
