The house was very clean, one of the cleanest and well kept homes I have stayed at! Got super lucky the last day and Aurora passed right over the house! No need to go on tours, except maybe to have someone help you with camera settings. Very quiet road about 40 minutes from Fairbanks and 20 from North Pole. There is grocery store in North Pole or General Convenience store about 10 minutes from house. Loved it!
