About this house rental
Welcome to this beautiful holiday home that blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Picture yourself surrounded by stunning stone walls and architecture that's been around for 120 years, all while enjoying the calming sound of the nearby ocean.
It's the ideal spot for either a family beach vacation or a peaceful weekend retreat!
This two-story terraced house has two bedrooms downstairs—a twin room with an ensuite and a cozy double room, along with a communal bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with fantastic views overlooking Lahinch Beach. Plus, there's a cool loft area with two single beds, perfect for extra guests or just spreading out.
Just a heads up, there's no private parking here, but you'll find on-street parking nearby.

Great location!!! Truly right on the water while walking distance to many restaurants and bars but still quiet for sleeping. We did have trouble finding parking but arrived Saturday night so I'm assuming other times/days of the week would be easier, we ended up dropping our luggage, finding parking and walking a few blocks back.Main area of house (living room & kitchen) is really lovely and I wouldn't change a thing, while the second bedroom and bathrooms are pretty small. Listing is accurate, just something to keep in mind, we couldn't fit two suitcases in the twin room as there was no closet/wardrobe/desk/luggage rack and obviously the 3rd bedroom space is a loft so keep in mind if bringing anything more than a duffle.Also keep in mind the hosts say they are unavailable for communication over the weekend, which I understand but probably wouldn't have booked if I had known. We didn't end up needing anything but it made me nervous in case we had as I didn't find out till it was too late to cancel.I recommend this property but for specific types of stays.

This is such an incredible property. Its very unique designs and spectacular ocean views made it one of the most amazing places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From an American perspective, the microwave and washer/ dryer combos were a little difficult to figure out but these were still very convenient to have. The neighborhood was also very welcoming. If we ever return to this area, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We showed up early straight from the airport (my mistake reading the check in time), and the property manager was gracious about messaging us when the cleaners were finished and the property was ready for us (still a bit earlier than posted check in). The house was lovely, and the view was as stunning as it looks on the listing. Our only compolaint was that both showers need new temperature valves- it's either tap cold or scalding, in spite of the instructions. Not a deal breaker- we would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

This place is just like it is on the website, it's gorgeous.
Only one double bed in the 3 rooms.
Beds cannot be moved together due to the design of the frames - makes is difficult for two couples to share the house.
Only one bedside lamp
No hanging space for clothes.
Nowhere in en suite for toiletries or towels.
Towels are way too small and thin.
Noisy on Saturday night, with bonus of 2 people having sex on the bedroom window ledge.
Dead flies on main bedroom window ledge that had been there for a while.
Couldn't get the oven to work on the Saturday, Steven came over on the Sunday to sort. If the instructions were in the house we could have used it.
Flies on the inside and outside of the windows when we arrived. Apparently it's rare that this happens but it's due to the swell. This should be advised on the website
It is a lovely cottage and in the right location for travelling up the coast.
