Just home from 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with the master suite (upstairs) second ensuite bedroom on main level, plus smaller third bedroom and separate bathroom, giving a high degree of privacy for families/friends staying together, but the very best thing about the apartment are the 4 large balconies, each with beautiful sea views. Ursula and Burghard are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, always contactable throughout our stay. The fantastic sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would also recommend the short drive to the main Guardamar beach with sunbeds/umbrellas to rent, plus along the promenade with restaurants and ice creams! There’s a community swimming pool close by with a snack bar. The owners provided passes to enter for free. It was sadly undergoing maintenance for most of our stay, but handy to have in the summer months, especially for kids. The Portico Mar Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away which serves delicious traditional food. There are two small local shops for your essentials. There’s a hotel close-by for a drink/coffee. We’d recommend a car for exploring all the area has to offer, lots of restaurants 5 min drive away. It’s very well connected with the main road nearby. There’s also an underground parking garage which is brilliant. I’d highly recommend the apartment. The level of comfort and quality was way above our expectations - this was the owners home, and it shows.

This is the most amazing VRBO we have stayed at - and we’ve been to lots. Ursula and Burghard were wonderful hosts. Not a detail has been overlooked! Our favorite was the outdoor space - 4 terraces in total. The one off the kitchen was so private and the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with a breeze and a view. The terrace off the living room has the most incredible view of the sea. The terrace off the master bedroom has loungers with cushions. The fourth terrace is off the third bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit for hot days but the cross breeze was usually sufficient for comfort. Big screen TV with lots of channels. Well equipped kitchen. A gorgeous and short walk to a great beach. Access to community swimming pool with a bar. A complimentary bottle of cava upon our arrival. It’s all quite extravagant. Don’t have a single complaint. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great location close to sea, many thanks to the owners for their kindness

Everything matches the photo. Clean, each room has a shower, air conditioning and a terrace. Electricity 10 kV per day is free, for the rest you have to pay. But it is right, so that air conditioners are not left in constant operation! The owners are very nice people. The sea is very close. The pool is not on the territory and is paid (not expensive). We checked in on August 21st, and on August 22nd it was my birthday, and the owners congratulated me from the very morning! It was very nice!
