Welcome to my favorite place on earth.
The property has 2 houses, fully autonomous and independent.
Casas de Santa Rita is a rural retreat located in the wine region, in the heart of Alentejo (the most beautiful non mainstream region of Portugal), in the beautiful historic village of Evoramonte, 150 km from Lisbon, 25 km from Evora and 15 km from Estremoz.
In our homes (fully autonomous and independent) it is possible to disconnect from the busy days and return to feel the tranquility and the nature. We take the comfort of our guests very seriously, and for that reason our accommodation units (rooms and houses) are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Outside, in addition to the garden, we have a pool overlooking an olive grove and mountains and the world's most starry sky.
Ideal for serious rest, read the books you´ve had not time, hear the birds, take a swim and watch the stars while you drink a bottle of wine and stare to a beautiful sunset. The landscape is a combination of olive and cork trees, and we have a plantation of goji berries.

We can’t say enough about our stay! The property was beautiful and very local as we desired. It accommodated our group of 10 with plenty of bedrooms, baths, personal and group space. The best part however was our host Miguel. He took care of all of our requests quickly and happily along with booking many experiences with local partners that made the entire trip so very special.

A few km away from Lisbon, and with easy access via motorway we discovered Casas de Santa Rita, in Évora Monte.
This accommodation is the best natural relaxant, ideal for those who need a short break or chilling holidays. It is the perfect balance between peace and contact with nature, culture, tradition and history (this place has a Castle ruin aside, and is only 15 min from the town of Estremoz).
Starting with the hospitality of Miguel, Sandra and Zema (the most elegant and sweetest Greyhound in the world that they have adopted), the care and attention in all the elements that decorate the areas, full of symbolism and history, and the elegance, comfort, and quality of this accommodation, make this the ideal place for a romantic getaway, as we did, spend fun time with friends, or family.
The pool facing the fields of Alentejo to lose sight of, the sky, and the stars. The smell of warmth, the flowers, and of course... the homemade food, and the bread! hmmmm!
Definitely to repeat, and very soon!
