About this cottage rental
Cal Matiner is a rural house that has everything to enjoy with friends or family: perfectly restored charming house, fully equipped kitchen highlighting dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules included, descaled water, 2 bathrooms with rain showers, washbasins in the rooms, king size beds that can be distributed together (1 bed of 180 x 200 cm) or separated (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm) and with sheets and Nordic games, television with satellite dish in the area of sofa of the oil mill and in two of the rooms, two sofa areas, air conditioning and individual heating in each room, fireplace with firewood included, olive oil from our farm, washer and dryer, bluetooth stereo, terrace, wifi, etc.
For the children we provide high chair and bathtub and for them the house is great, especially the area of the oil mill where we have placed a stepped glass in which they play delighted for example making wooden castles or playing freely in the pedestrian street in which it's found.
We provide hand and shower towels to all guests.
It also opened in June 2015 with what is in perfect condition.
The house is simple to use and you will find plasticized instructions for the appliances near them. However, if you have any questions, you can call the owner who will be attentive to make your stay as good as possible. The only important thing to keep in mind is to always close the ground floor window. For aesthetics it does not have bars but the glass is shielded just like that of the door. It is completely safe, but it must be closed for it and although the town is very quiet you always have to take some precaution. Additionally, if they need it, they have a safe in the closet of the rooms.
At the level of entry and exit times we are flexible unless there are other reservations on the requested dates. However, we inform you that if the day of your entry there is an exit, the entry time would be after 3 pm and if the day of departure there is another entry, the departure time would be maximum at 12 noon.
