About this apartment rental
“The apartment is very clean, well soundproofed, spacious, comfortable, well equipped in every room. Close to the metro (Line A) and major bus lines, ideally situated for visits and for the impregnation in Roman life. Supermarket, shops and several nice restaurants nearby”.

‘CAFFARELLA Apartment’ is located in the central district ‘Appio Latino’, near Rome’s historical center (3 stops by underground train). The metro station is only a short distance away (2 minutes on foot).
Already starting from a central location all the historic center is at hand. You can easily reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran (4 stops), Viale Manzoni (Coliseum area, 5 stops) and then Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (Esquilino), Termini Station, Via Nazionale, Via Cavour, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo (Villa Borghese), Via del Corso, Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums.
The famous 'Appia Antica Archaeological Park' is within walking distance from the apartment. The Appia Antica park, major tourist destination, is very visited because of the presence of the Catacombs and the many archaeological finds, including the mausoleums of Cecilia Metella and the original road paving of Ancient Rome.
'CAFFARELLA Apartment’ is very cozy with every comfort catered for. In its 65 square meters it can sleep up to 5 people. There is an entrance hall, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the Appia Antica Park and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. In the bedroom, as well as the double bed, there is a third single sofa-bed. In the living room there is a sofa ( becomes a double bed).
The apartment is very well cared for in terms of furnishings and cleanliness which we consider very important. Electrical appliances include: oven, washing machine, hair dryer , Wi-Fi, TV. Air conditioning (in the bedroom and in the living room). Parquet floor.
Our neighborhood (Appio-Latino) is full of supermarkets. You will find all kinds of shops (bakeries, delicatessens, fishmongers, butchers, butchery, fruit shops, wine bars, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, bakeries, etc ..). Appio Latino district is full of restaurants, excellent trattorias and pizzerias. We will be glad to show you the best places.
The rental price includes all utilities (electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi) and the final cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernando’s property with our 10-month-old child. The location was excellent, especially the proximity to the metro line, and having supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby was extremely convenient.Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start. Fernando provided helpful advice on how to reach the apartment from the airport and kindly supplied a high chair and baby cot upon request. The check-in process was smooth — we were welcomed at the apartment, shown around, and given great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit in Rome.The flat was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including condiments, spices, and coffee. The lift for bringing luggage upstairs and the two balconies were also a lovely bonus.We would definitely recommend Fernando’s place to anyone looking to stay in a local neighbourhood with easy access to the busy and historic city centre of Rome.

The apartment was clean and felt comfortable. It had everything we needed. Fernando was extremily helpful with our check in. The area had all the shops and cafes close by. The close proximity of the metro made exploring Rome a breeze

We had a wonderful stay in Rome ! Everthing was perfect for us; from the communication with the owner before our arrival and the warm reception at the apartment. Grazie mille to you both !The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is great and the metro is a short walk away. If we find ourselves going back to Rome I would hope the apartment would be available again !

The property was absolutely perfect for our week's stay in Rome for the first time. The host Fernando was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. The apartment was immaculate, beds were very comfy and there being two small balconies was perfect for soaking in the morning & evening sun. I would gladly stay here again! :)
