House with shared pool and garage 100 meters from the beach and overlooking the Ria

Brilliant facilities in the apartment complex. The underground garage parking was an absolute Godsend as there is not a space to be found in the area due to the popularity of the resort. The apartment is the owners home and was equipped with everything you need. The owner met us and was very generous with offerring us to use any food in the cupboards. We never actually ate in as there was just so much to see and do and we were out all day but really appreciated the offer. The only suggestion to improve would be the inclusion of sunloungers on the huge terrace area. There was plenty of seating options but nothing to lie on. A very small criticism as the rest of the apartment was fab!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property! Location and view were outstanding, apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Andre and Maria were so kind and helpful and made it so easy for us upon arrival and departure. Andre gave us many helpful hints about the area and was available to answer any questions we had.

Apartment Is true to the photos and Costa Nova is a lovely location. Maria Alice and Andre were very helpful.

This place is wonderful! It is spacious, well located, has all the necessary amenities and the owners are truly helpful in every way. Only thing missing is a washing machine but there is a self-service laundry close by, so no worries. The view from the front terrace is perfect! My family and I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it.
