This wonderful 2 bedroom detached villa is situated in the coastal area of Ayia Thekla within only a 500 meters from the sea. A combination of modern and traditional architecture makes this holiday villa the perfect place for families and friends. The centre of famous Ayia Napa is 7km away. As one enters the villa, he will find a large living area including kitchen, dining and setting areas. Outdoors are characterized by a large swimming pool and mature garden. There are two good size bedrooms to comfortably accommodate four persons. This villa is fully equipped and has everything you will need for relaxing and sun-filled holiday.

We spent a wonderful time at Villa Louisa. It was quiet and peaceful. The villa is very private, you can't see your neighbors at all. There is amazing greenery outside the villa, which calms the mind. The pool was clean and ready for use, even though it was only March. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the seashore and the bus stop to Larnaca. For us, it was a great place to stay. We will definitely return to Cyprus and this particular villa.
I would reccomend this place to everyone who wants to relax in peace.
