The 'Apartment 250 m from the beach', fully renovated, has 42 m² and is located in Almuñécar, a city in southern Spain. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. You have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Children are welcome, and a cot and high chair for babies are available.
The apartment is ideally situated in the upper part of Almuñécar's historic center, just 30 m from the castle, 100 m from the museum, 150 m from the botanical and ornithological park, and 250 m from the aquarium. In addition, you are only 3 or 4 minutes (270 to 300 m) from restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. The picturesque Costa Tropical Beach is just an 8-minute walk (600 m) away. The nearest airports, Málaga-Costa del Sol and Federico García Lorca Granada, are about 1 hour and 5 minutes (90 km) away by car.

The location was good easy to reach every part of town. We are very fit so the up and down steep streets was no problem but might be for anyone not fit enough. We loved the city.

Pros: Le service proposé et l'appartement sont de qualité, Manuel se tient toujours disponible pour toute question. Le quartier et le voisinage sont très agréables. Les restaurants sont à des prix très abordables et acceuillants
De plus au mois de Juillet il y a le festival de Jazz avec de grands invités...
Expérience à renouveler.

Pros: je recommande vivement ce petit appartement très charmant dans une ruelle de la vieille ville pres du château , duquel on a une vue magnifique sur la mer et la ville .
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons communiqués par mails et téléphone et ils sont très réactifs pour répondre, et très arrangeant sur le mode de paiement.
Un grand merci et j'espère y retourner
