Comes fully staffed with a caretaker, housekeeper also a gardener who will be at your assistance whenever you require their services

Beach Passes
Please be advised that beach passes are provided for your convenience during your stay. However, if a beach pass is lost, a fee of $150 USD per pass will be charged. All guests are required to sign an agreement acknowledging this fee upon check-in.
Gate Remote Keys
We ask that you take extra care with the gate remote keys during your stay. If a remote key is lost, a $150 USD fee will be charged. As with the beach passes, all guests will need to sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of this fee.

We stayed at the Cottage for a period of 5 weeks, Jan. to Feb. 2025. The Cottage was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed and there is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The Caretaker Chris is a great host and always ready to help when we needed it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.The beach is exactly a 5 minute walk away and the food at the beach restaurant is amazing. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Nice place. Studio a bit on the small size but very clean. The jaccuzi and swimming pool was great. However, i would suggest that the owner invest in an awning at the front of the building because when it rains, it's awesome to look at, but the front door can not be opened, as the rain will pour in.
Chris, the caretaker, is a great guy, very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this property. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much! Chris was amazing. I would definitely book this place again!
