This splendid apartment is located in a lovely area of Pernera close to amazing Kalamies Beach.
It has two spacious rooms in which can sleep four persons and the living room is situated around the balcony doors to enjoy the summer breeze and there is satellite television for the quite nights at home.
There are 2 sofa beds available in living room hence 2 extra persons can be accommodated if required!
Is fully furnished in a very nice style and give it an energetic feel.
The complex also boasts a large swimming pool for adults as well as a splash pool for children.

Everything we needed for our visit for a festival. Close to bars and restaurants and good local shops for supplies. Pool for us was too cold to use - local beaches beautiful and sea was warmer than pool.

The last point on the directions provided was confusing and when we finally found the apartment we could see no mention of the name 'Nemesis'. The apartment was quite nice, however lacking in cooking equipment. The very soft, squiggy cushions on the sofas are not our taste where they are being used by many people. The oven didn't work due to an electrical fault in the wall socket, and which was not securely attached to the wall. When I contacted the Villas2let Rep at approx 6pm he immediately arranged for an electrician to attend within the hour, and he resolved the problem but he was unable to securely attach the socket to the wall. The electrician also tried to help us with the TV but was told by the Rep that we would not be able to use it for a few days? No further help was offered to us so we had no TV. We were surprised there was no plug in the bath nor the sink; as there was just 2 of us we didn't want to use the dishwasher. Also there was no drying-up cloth or table mats and coasters to help protect the glass-top dining, coffee and patio tables. There are shops, restaurants and a beach within walking distance and parking under the block. Sunbeds were stained and the whole pool area not very inviting although some guests' children didn't seem to mind.

We were visiting the villa for a week and we really loved the place. The apartment was very clean and bigger than we expected. The customer service was very helpful and on point we also have to mention the fact that the pool near the apartment was always clean, ready to use and big. We will be definitely coming back !
