Two floor apartment (40 square meters). On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, on the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Private outdoor space with outdoor furniture. Access to the pool. 2 sleeps The house is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The flat is part of a complex of holiday cottages with a big pool.

No public transport/ taxi to get to Capranica The closest supermarket is 800 meters far (10 min walk) The bus stop to Rome and Viterbo is 800 meters far (10 min walk) The trains station is 5km far. We can arrange a transfer for 10 EUR Please note there are no taxis in Capranica
