Your home away from home! This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two-bath condo is designed with a soothing seaside theme, offering a serene retreat for families looking to unwind and enjoy. Step inside to discover a light-filled living space adorned with coastal decor, creating an inviting atmosphere featuring comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day at the beach or pool. The fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you need to enjoy healthy meals at the dining table with plenty of seating. Families will love the array of amenities available including the heated community pools and hot tubs, basketball, tennis, ping pong, playground, shuffleboard, etc. With so much to do on site, you won't run out of ways to spend a day, but if you choose to venture out you're only 15 minutes from exploring the beautiful area beaches and parks.
The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are great spots at piers around the area or book a fishing charter. This comfortable private condo is located just 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 6.8 miles away. The Shoppes of Bradenton Commons is within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Sports bar, and an AMC theater. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 16-minute drive (8.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton or Riverwalk, which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

The home was clean and management was amazing to work with! Our flight was changed and within minutes they allowed us to check in early! The area was close to many area attractions. The complex had great extras-pools-hot tub-tennis-pickleball-basketball etc. pool attendant was a bit crabby but we didn’t let that didn’t affect our stay!

The condo was accurately described and the location was great. The housing developing offered great amenities; however, they were not kid friendly. My kids are 8 and 10, love to actively swim in pools, but the pool rules did not allow any balls, jumping in, floats, drinks or foods in the pool area. There was no lifeguard which is perfectly fine, we were in the water with the kids the entire time, an employee was watching on cameras and would come kick families out if they had kids not using the steps to get into the pool. The pools were very dirty and not filtering, we were told they would be fixed when the pool guy got there later in the week, which did happen a few days later. We would stay again for the convenient location and other amenities if the kids were allowed to play in the pools, but the rules for the pool were not posted anywhere before we booked so my kids were extremely disappointed in the swimming pools. We had no issues with the condo or host! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Very clean! Loved the location! Plenty of room for my family of 5 so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Great price! Could use an updated shower! But other than that everything was great! They even let me check in early when I called and said we had arrived early. Loved using the amenities they had for the beach we used the beach chairs & toys for the kiddos! Nice pool the kids got in everyday

This property was clean. The management responded timely. I do not believe the bed in the master is a queen size bed like the listing says. It felt like a full. It was not comfortable and it was also not attached to the headboard so it slid all over the floor easily. While the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, there are no spices, condiments, oils, foil, sprays, etc. If you plan to cook, you will need to purchase all of the basics to even prep a meal. If you’re flying and can’t bring the items back with you it seems like a waste to purchase a whole bottle of olive oil, etc. There is no Keurig. There is only a very basic drip coffee maker with no coffee or fixings. The decor looked like it came from a trip to the Goodwill or a tag sale. Very dated and not cohesive but everything seemed clean.The screen door on the slider was on the ground when we arrived. There was beach equipment and a cooler that was nice to have on hand but there were no ice packs or bags to put ice in so the cooler was not useful to keep things cool unless you wanted to make additional purchases.You are only allowed one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week.We have stayed at several units in this community. This was not a favorite. It seemed a bit overpriced for off season for what it was. Overall, it did not feel homey. It felt like an investment property thrown together as quickly and cheaply as possible with little thought to comfort and convenience.Great potential!
