Accommodating up to six adults comfortably, the second level reveals an expansive open terrace with panoramic views, covered seating, and patio furniture – a perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining.

It worked well for 5 of us. So close to a beautiful beach and pool. Washer & Dryer were great to have. A good location for traveling east to destination activities. Brenda was available when we needed her. Her information for customers went over and beyond with great information for the area.

Brenda’s home at the beach was wonderful and welcoming. Everything that you need for an extended stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, beach chairs and towels, are available. The beach is beautiful. Sitting on the porch/rooftop was a highlight at sunrise and sunset.Brenda was super-responsive and generous with her time and attention. I would highly recommend this beach property for a great home base for day trips to El Yunque, Playa Luquillo, and exploring many beautiful beaches. It is only about 45 minutes away from the San Juan airport.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property. We did not use the pool, and the beach we did not sit on and SUN with so many other options. We loved walking on the beach at sunrise/sunset.. The property was as pictured, with spacious area for families. The beds were comfortable and the bedding updated. We enjoyed the property.

We were OK with the condo itself, location, security, amenities, pool, and beach. The condo is a little worn but spacious and functional. However, since the listing said the condo had AC, we assumed that meant the whole condo. Only the bedrooms have AC. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were too hot in May/June to make using those rooms for more than a few minutes possible. That said, we did spend a lot of time in the open air on the condo's deck which is a wonderful space.
