Nestled on the dramatic Argegno hillside this beautiful new build residence offers exclusive lake view living.
The property is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for couples looking to stay in a beautiful setting with modern self-catering facilities including phone entry system, parking, a resident swimming pool and much more!
The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV and a newly fitted contemporary kitchen which features all the desired appliances to ensure your self-catering holiday as comfortable as possible, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, gas hob and oven and a breakfast bar.
From the living area guests can walk directly out onto a private lake view terrace balcony where outdoors dining furniture is provided so that you can enjoy \'alfresco\' dining and enjoy the views!
A modern and newly fitted bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware including a shower and washing machine also features.

The exclusive Residence Eden grounds benefit from a sunny position with breathtaking lake views as well as the residents\' shared outdoor swimming pool, which is ideal for fun, exercise or just pool side relaxation!
From the hillside, residence guests can reach the lakeside centre of Argegno in just 5 minutes by car or 10-15 mins on foot. The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing mountain river and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored!
The town offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta. From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Il Gatto Nero. Carl and I had a beautiful stay in Magnolia 18 on the Italian Lakes. The apartment was located in a very modern and peaceful complex on the Argegno hillside. The interior was so bright and spacious for a studio plus the terrace balcony was super!
Carl and I really had a great time exploring Lake Como and we have to say it was our favorite Italian lake. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

My boyfriend and I have had a really fab time on Lake Como, it is so beautiful and offers so much to do!
Our holiday apartment was very swish and stylish! We dined out most evenings (nearby La Piazzetta, Locanda Trilindana and Il Chris were just the best!)plus we also had a lot of fun hiring a power boat from Ossuccio and kayaking around Bellagio.
The Lidos on the central lake were perfect for relaxing and our residence also offered a swimming pool and sun deck too, so we felt totally relaxed and spoiled:) The villas were so pretty and romantic to walk around and we really enjoyed some of the hiking routes(the San Martino trail was super)and the extreme sports up in Bellagio.
