This is a standalone house in a very quiet neighborhood in southwest Reno. The backyard is fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends. Private parking for up to three vehicles. Across the street you'll find a small park ideal for pets or kids. Only four miles or 11 minutes from the airport and three miles for six minutes from Interstate 80 access at West McCarran Blvd. If you're in the area for skiing you are 35 minutes away from Mount Rose, 50 minutes from Squaw Valley, and 65 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. If you're in Reno just relax or visit family the fenced backyard is ideal for your pets orchids and comes equipped with a gas BBQ. I think you'll find this house the ideal location for a quiet getaway but yet close enough to all that Reno and the Truckee meadows has to offer.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Location was great. There was a large back yard for our pups plus a very nice park across the street. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and comfortable.

Everything for us was great! Host was awesome and is a nice little house plenty of space for the four of us and our little dog Lilly! Would definitely stay here again.!

very clean and private. There was a slow water drain in shower. The floors seemed to make noise and crack while foot traffic was on them. It was comfortable and peaceful there. The electric outage did not help with the storms coming through.
