Set in vibrant Lower Queen Anne, this apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the Space Needle, KeyArena, and Myrtle Edwards Park. This charming unit is in an ideal location with premium amenities (full kitchen and in-unit laundry!) so you can really enjoy the Emerald City. It’s just minutes on foot to the Space Needle and beautiful Olympic Sculpture Park - the perfect combination of city and nature.
The space
We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your Seattle rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC-approved cleaning supplies.
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort

Up to 3 guests can sleep comfortably in the queen-size bed and on the sofa. It’s perfect for friends, or business travelers who want a little extra space. We provide all the pillows and linens.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of storage space. We also provide fluffy towels and toiletries.
In the kitchen, there’s ample counter space and the cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. The modern appliances include a full-size fridge and freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You can cook up a storm and channel your inner Top Chef! Or just enjoy some delicious take-out :)
And when it’s time to relax after a jam-packed day of sightseeing (or craft beer tours, also exhausting!), veg out on the couch and watch some TV. There’s a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own account (just remember to log out when you leave!). Or, stream your favorite shows with the fast WiFi.
Are you the type who feels relaxed by doing laundry? If so, take full advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. There’s nothing like returning home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!

This was a perfect place to stay for attending an event at Climate Pledge. You can walk to the venue (like seriously… maybe a 2 minute walk), avoiding transportation fees and hassle. The bed was so insanely comfortable, and the decor was cute and homey. The host was very responsive and informative which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out were very easy, if you are needing to park a vehicle there are a few more steps involved in the check in process - but the host helped us with any questions we had along the way. We will be staying with them again in the future!

Came to Seattle to see a Mariners game and stayed here. Conveniently close to everything but also out of the way of the noise and hustle. Very nice!

This condo was really perfect for our stay in Seattle. The Queen Anne neighborhood felt safe, walkable, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Check-in was seamless, and the views of Elliott Bay in the morning were a real highlight. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the dedicated workspace made it easy to get some work done during the trip. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again.
